The Eagle Terrace project was an outstanding example of how an extension can dramatically improve your home. This conventional brick-and-tile house was transformed into a striking, architecturally designed home with the help of Landini Constructions. 

The extension wasn’t just about providing more living space; the project fundamentally changed the home’s street appeal and identity. The nondescript brick exterior was replaced with modern bright white— a contemporary effect further heightened by the use of textured timbers and pops of vibrant, earthy orange. After the initial build was completed, the client engaged Landini Constructions for further work including a new carport and architectural outdoor structures for year-round entertaining.
