Chris Landini from Landini Constructions was recommended to me and never let me down. I had a complete renovation on a 1959 home that had not been touched since the early 1970s. My family home that I inherited. When I first met Chris I said, “I don’t expect you to feel it, but my family and I think this house is loaded with CHARM and I want to make changes but I don’t want to lose that charm.” Not many people can say that the whole renovation experience was a joy, I can. Chris did as asked but better, gave advice when asked, was polite all the time, price was competitive and I got a refund at the end, and he reliably turned up to work every day. His work was meticulous and he builds to a high standard. I even had other tradespeople make comments about the high level of detail to his work. I have a brand new 1959 home now, thanks to Landini Constructions. When we were making our goodbyes as the job was done, Chris stood back, looked at the house, folded his arms across his chest and said, “I think we have kept the charm Susan, but we did bring her into the 20th century.” He remembered, I was happily gobsmacked, and he was right. Sometimes it isn’t always the big things that matter, little ones do too. Lovely ending to a fantastic homeowner/builder experience. Would I recommend Landini Constructions? In a heartbeat, YES.
